Phi Delta Alpha proudly promotes our philanthropy, Lupus Awareness. It is a project which is dedicated to increasing public knowledge about the incurable disease, Lupus, and how much it affects women.

 

Phi Delta Alpha hosts an annual Lupus Awareness week which contains multiple goals. We strive to raise funds from selling raffles and shirts, to holding benefit nights. Every profit contributes to a non-profit organization dedicated to continuing lupus research while searching for a cure to end this disease. We dedicate at least one community service event to Lupus Awareness in April of every year. We also increase public awareness of Lupus by volunteering in the community, preparing free informational pamphlets, and fundraising for the cause.
